Technopaths are a strange kind of trainer. There are engineers and the like, who attempt to build technology. Technopaths are something different. They have almost an instinctive aptitude for technology which allows them to not only control it at times, but also allows them to utilize devastating electrical attacks. They understand computers and other machines on their most basic level, able to influence an alarm or disable a camera. They tend to be extremely fond of technology, despite how their powers let them destroy it. Powerful Technopaths can even go within a machine, something that not even the most skilled engineer could ever hope to do.

Technopath

Static
Effect: You gain the Thunder Boost Ability.

Trial and Error
[+SpAtk][+Speed]
Prerequisite: Technopath
Static
Effect: You resist Electric attacks and are Immune to Paralysis caused by Electric Attacks.

Electrical Energy
[Ranked 2][+SpAtk][+Speed]
Rank 1 Prerequisite: Technopath
Rank 2 Prerequisite: Electrical Energy Rank 1, Adept Technology Education
Static
Rank 1 Effect: You learn the Moves Thundershock and Charge.
Rank 2 Effect: You learn the Moves Thunderbolt and Shock Wave.

Scramble
[+SpAtk][+Speed]
Prerequisites: Technical Knowledge, Adept Technology Education
X AP - Standard Action
Effect: You create an X Meter Burst, with X being the AP expended with a maximum of your Technology Education Rank. All electronic devices within the burst become Scrambled. Common electronic devices such as Cellphones, Pokédexes, Radios, Snag Machines, Computers, and similar are scrambled for 5 minutes and cannot be used; their screens display only static and they do not function. Class-Related Equipment such as Capture Stylers or Robots and specially proofed equipment are only scrambled for 1d4 rounds. Scrambling items inflicts no permanent damage on the equipment, unlike using a regular attack might.

Hack

Prerequisites: Scramble, Expert Technology Education
At-Will, Extended Action
Target: An electronic device
Effect: You may gain temporarily gain control of the equipment, making it do as you wish for up to X minutes, where X is your Technology Education Rank. This feature may be used for 2 AP as a Standard Action. Items proofed against Scramble as well as Class Related Items may not be Hacked.

God of the Machine
[+SpAtk][+Speed]
Prerequisites: Scramble, Expert Technology Education
Static
Effect: You gain the Wired Capability. For 2 AP, you may act as a Rotom when possessing an object.

Arcran's Note: Yes, when you spend the AP you do get the Move, just like a Rotom would.
